In February 2026, Jane Street is excited to host our WiSE program in Hong Kong! We are inviting self-identifying women, transgender, and/or gender-expansive people graduating from high school this December to spend two days in our office learning more about who we are, what we do, and how we do it.

Program attendees will receive an in-depth look into the ways we use math, computer science, and probability concepts in trading, as well as insight into the different roles that exist within our firm. They will hear from and interact with our traders and technologists, and learn how they transitioned from studying STEM subjects to having careers at Jane Street. Participants will also attend a social event, which will provide additional opportunities to get to know Jane Street and the other program participants. If you have a curious mind, a collaborative spirit, and enjoy digging into complex mathematical problems, this program is for you!

Selected students will arrive on 4 February and depart on 7 February. Jane Street will provide travel to and from Hong Kong, housing, and financial assistance for meals and other incidentals. Our office is located in Chater House, and the hotel where you'll be staying is just a few minutes away.

Please note this program does not require prior knowledge of finance, only an interest in STEM topics and a curiosity to learn more about Jane Street.
